The 800KW power station project of Qingdao Huilu Organic Silicon Co., Ltd. was successfully connected to the grid. Due to insufficient roof load on the customer's roof, conventional photovoltaic modules cannot be used. Therefore, our company's V-light series lightweight photovoltaic modules are specially used. V-light lightweight components can be as light as 3 kilograms per square meter without glass and frames, with a thickness of 2 millimeters, and can meet many special photovoltaic projects with low load or installation curvature requirements.
The front of the component is made of imported weather resistant and waterproof polymer material, which has passed sand and dust, salt spray, ammonia, PID, and fire tests, demonstrating excellent resistance to hail and typhoon. The product is suitable for the surfaces of various building structures such as industrial and commercial roofs, car sheds, agricultural greenhouses, curtain walls, vehicles and ships with insufficient load-bearing capacity. During installation, there is no need for support or penetration, and butyl tape or building structural adhesive can be used to bond with light steel roofs and waterproof roll roofs, reducing installation costs and time by half.
